When a guest tells us about a great day riding to Higgs Beach or getting an early-morning orientation, we log the comment and act on suggestions quickly.
“Was scheduled for morning, never came at all that day. Came back when I was not at the home, at my direction, proceeded to do work without direction, then sent me a bill for $350. I sent for payment, mailed a check, in the meantime, decided they would just run my CC on file. All of this within no time at all. And I never even got what I wanted to begin with...”
